June RPC Board meeting minutes

Summary. A quorum was declared. The Board approved the minutes of 27 March 2025, the financials and check listing, the 2023–2024 annual audit presented by Mark Higgins, the amended 2024–2025 budget, Resolution 2025-1 authorizing the Executive Director to sign and execute grant agreements and funding awards, and the 2025–2026 Transportation Work Plan.

Also noted. The Commission would buy a speed sign and vehicle counter and renew ArcGIS and SurveyMonkey. Staff service areas were set: Dana DeVore for Harrison, Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan; Rebecca TenHulzen for Grundy, Daviess, Caldwell and Livingston; Lisa Colson for Carroll, Chariton and Linn. The meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
